Fryett encapsulated nanobeam GDS exports

Coordinates are in micrometres; the database precision is 1 nm.

Layer map
---------
1/0  SIN_POSITIVE   Complete positive SiN device polygon, including holes.
2/0  HOLES_ONLY     The 100 through-etch hole apertures as separate polygons.
90/0 TEXT           Labels used only in the all-stages comparison cell.

Use layer 1/0 as the authoritative positive-material layout. Layer 2/0 is
provided for inspection or a holes-only process; do not blindly combine both
layers into one exposure. Every layout is fully unfolded across x and y and
contains 2.0 um fixed 450 nm-wide feedthrough extensions at both x ends.

GDSII stores only the in-plane single-etch mask. It does not encode the 330 nm
SiN thickness, substrate, anthracene/PVA/PMMA films, cladding, material indices,
etch bias, sidewall angle, fracture strategy, or process design rules. Review
and bias the polygons for the intended fabrication process before tape-out.
