Quan--Loncar benchmark, Phase 14

This phase pauses the Fryett target and implements the dielectric-centered Gaussian nanobeam from Quan and Loncar, Optics Express 19, 18529-18542 (2011).

It begins at moderate mirror counts and uses the paper's local x-odd Ey Gaussian-envelope structure as a branch label. The first target is trend reproduction—correct parity, polarization, frequency, localization, and narrowing with mirror count—before attempting the published ultra-high-Q limits.
