Quan--Loncar series, Phase 33

Phase 33 replaces the invalid raw longitudinal quadrature by an explicit spectral decomposition:

G_hole = G_guided_exact + integral_C (G_wg - G_guided_poles).

The positive and negative fundamental beta poles are continued at every complex frequency. Their rational singularities are removed from the Sommerfeld integrand, leaving a smooth continuum/evanescent remainder. The outgoing guided Green matrix is restored analytically, block by block, with +i Res_(+beta) for observation holes to the right and -i Res_(-beta) to the left.

All Q values from the previous raw-contour operator are now deprecated. The first gate is whether this corrected operator is already near singular at the old pole; if not, the resonance must be re-solved before any optimization or gradient is resumed.
