Quan--Loncar series, Phase 34¶
Phase 34 re-solves the same N=15 cavity branch using the pole-subtracted operator. A complex secant iteration is used so that, after two starting evaluations, every update needs only one new expensive Maxwell operator. The cavity eigenvector is tracked by overlap, while the fundamental beta pole is independently continued at each complex frequency.
The resulting pole is only a first corrected checkpoint. Its longitudinal order, transverse shell quadrature, guided-channel linewidth, QNM residue, and geometry gradients all require renewed convergence and validation.
