Quan--Loncar series, Phase 35

Phase 35 continues the corrected N=15 pole from longitudinal Gauss order 12 to 16 and 24 with fixed contour breakpoints and deformation. Each row is a fresh complex pole solve, not an operator evaluation at a frozen frequency.

The acceptance gate requires the final energy-decay rate to change by no more than one percent and the transported cavity mode overlap to exceed 0.9999. Only after this gate should transverse shell convergence and corrected QNM observables resume.
