Quan--Loncar series, Phase 36

Phase 36 performs fresh corrected-pole solves at transverse shell settings K8/R10/A32, K10/R12/A40, and K12/R12/A48, holding the now-converged longitudinal order at 16. The cavity and guided branches are independently tracked at each row.

The provisional gate requires the final decay-rate increment to be below two percent. A tighter production row can then be added if the corrected QNM residue or geometry gradients prove more sensitive than the pole itself.
