Phase 37: finite-hole guided self interaction

The guided-pole restoration used after Phase 33 is separable and exact for two nonoverlapping holes with a fixed longitudinal ordering. A single finite hole, however, contains both source/observation orderings. This phase resolves the disk quadrature before the Fourier sum and uses the right-going residue for x > x' and the left-going residue for x < x', with a symmetric half weight at coincident quadrature abscissae.

run_phase37_exact_self_audit.py measures the operator and pole shift caused by this repair. If material, the repaired pole must be converged in disk quadrature before QNM residues, mode volume, or geometry gradients are rebuilt.
