Phase 40: corrected geometry JVP

This phase differentiates the fully repaired, guided-pole-subtracted point system with respect to the fixed-topology symmetric hole geometry. Current parameters are the central gap, all positive-side spacings, and independent rx/ry for every reflected hole pair.

The regular continuum uses analytic Fourier-projection partials. Ordered inter-hole guided terms use the same projection partials at the exact beta poles. The finite-hole self term additionally differentiates its quadrature node maps and the radius-dependent outgoing propagation phase. Mirror ordering and point/hole side classification are locally constant as long as holes do not touch or cross the cavity-center point.

test_phase40.py checks the new self-term radius partials and the complete corrected operator/point-map JVP against centered geometry differences.

run_phase40_corrected_geometry_jvp.py applies the moving-pole derivative to a dense direction involving every one of the 45 current geometry parameters, and independently checks the fixed-frequency A/F/B derivative at the final production quadrature.
