Phase 46: fused unified autograd adapter

The Q/mode-volume and feed-coupling paths previously rebuilt identical base/plus/minus frequency systems independently. They now share one immutable, geometry- and frequency-guarded batch. This reduces the expensive continuum and guided-residue assemblies from six to three without changing the public optimizer interface or any derivative formula.

The production-resolution regression re-evaluates the accepted Phase-45 geometry, compares every scalar objective with the unfused checkpoint, records the speedup, and stores the next projected Q direction for the following trust-region step.
