This production-resolution fused evaluation replaces the Phase-47 linear mode-volume and coupling estimates with actual values at the independently solved pole. It audits the local prediction, checks physical linewidth ordering and bordered derivative residuals, and stores the full projected third-step gradient without duplicating the three frequency assemblies.
