Phase 52: native P2/y3 autograd rebaseline

This phase evaluates the fused resonance, total-Q, mode-volume, and guided-port coupling state directly in the converged P2 local-hole and y3-z0 cross-section basis. It deliberately does not reuse the earlier P1/y2 gradient.

Run from the project root:

python quan_loncar_series_phase52/run_phase52_native_p2_y3_autograd.py \
  --output quan_loncar_series_phase52/RESULTS_PHASE52.json

The accepted mode is the Ey-dominant (x,y,z)=(+1,-1,+1) symmetry sector. If the decision gate passes, the next convergence axis is separated z1 testing for the background waveguide and local hole basis before another geometry-ascent step.

The production run passed exactly against the transported pole. At P2/y3 it gave Q=13572.6863, Veff=1.1400617 (lambda/n)^3, Qext=13664.2873, Qother=2.02466e6, and guided decay fraction 0.9932963. All left/right differentiated equation errors were below 2.1e-15.
