The full rendered derivation archive is copied from derivations/generated/ into this site during a successful build. The shorter guides below explain the dependency order and, crucially, what each approximation does and does not establish.

The method in sequence is the entry point: the whole chain from the definition of an open-cavity \(Q\) to one optimizer step, with no results in the way. Read it before the archive below.

The historical chapters retain intermediate approximations and rejected branches. They are scientific provenance, not all current production choices. The paper supplement is the eventual concise derivation; this archive is the debuggable long form behind it.
