Documentation audit and disposition

Audit completed 2026-08-15. The repository contained complete scientific artifacts, but its generated navigation and run index exposed implementation structure instead of scientific meaning.

Timestamped run IDs were the public names.	Added hub/run_registry.json with durable titles, effort groups, summaries, trust notes, priority, and disposition.
Every run appeared equally important.	The hub now defaults to primary/supporting evidence; archive-only runs require an explicit toggle.
Current and rejected Device23 diagnostics were mixed.	The corrected dashboard is separated from the pre-fix trajectory; the physical-Q decline remains only as historical failure evidence.
Complete derivations existed but were not navigable.	Canonical Quan–Lončar and Device23 lineages are copied unabridged and exposed through reading guides.
Engine notes flooded the main navigation.	Notes remain searchable and linked through an engine index, but individual entries are no longer top-level nav items.
Home and hub copy contained stale operational claims and obsolete hostnames.	Replaced with a compact current-status page and the canonical public URL.
Telemetry schema was mixed into the user-facing hub guide.	Moved the implementation contract to a reference page.

Disposition vocabulary

• primary: the current scientific continuation;
• supporting: evidence required to interpret the primary run;
• historical benchmark: a successful or informative predecessor;
• historical failure: retained counterexample that changed the method;
• exploratory: pipeline capability demonstration, not a target result;
• invalidated: affected by a known correctness defect;
• superseded: replaced before producing a distinct result;
• empty: initialized without usable scientific output.

Nothing was deleted. Raw run directories, detailed experimental chronologies, and full phase notes remain published and searchable; they are simply no longer presented as equal-status entry points.
