Gen 0 — early cavity prototypes

Earliest cavity-layout exploration, before the device architecture settled on the anthracene-crystal / Si3N4-waveguide platform used from Gen 1 onward. No full chip was assembled at this stage — these are standalone cavity layout iterations, most exported from Beamer/GDS design tools.

• Dev27 Fabry-Pérot cavities and Octopus cavities — parallel exploration of two nanobeam cavity topologies, each carried through 8-9 GDS iterations.
• Microcavities v1 — Fabry-Perot microcavity platform (concave-mirror, limited-DOF tuning) exploration; see also the lab notebook's Microcavity theme for the underlying design reasoning.
• Cladded Majumdar cavity optimization — cavity optimization runs benchmarked against the Majumdar lab's published reference design.
