assumptions
The puck stem and top heights were not specified, so they are constants in this script.
The total forklift height is fixed at 300 microns.
The base ring OD/ID are derived from the scaffold base centerline and 50 micron base tube diameter.
The crossed spiral tube diameter tapers from 50 microns at the base to 25 microns at the top.
The scaffold angle is applied to the crossed-spiral centerlines.
The scaffold top ID/OD is 150/200 microns, matched to the cap disk.
The lower horseshoe extra length was not specified, so it matches the upper horseshoe extra length.
Horseshoes open toward positive X, with the semicircle on negative X.
