assumptions
The total height is fixed at 300 microns.
The 25 degree scaffold angle is applied to the crossed-spiral centerlines.
The base ring OD/ID are derived from the scaffold base centerline and 50 micron base tube diameter.
The scaffold tube diameter tapers from 50 microns at the base to 25 microns at the top.
The thick top ring is 25 microns tall, matching the v5 cap-ring convention.
The membrane is a solid 200 micron OD, 10 micron thick cylinder on top of the ring.
The 10 micron center cylinder sits on top of the membrane.
