Gen 1 — single-molecule device

single_molecule_device_v1 is the first fully-assembled, pre-fabrication chip: input grating + periscope, chip GDS, and a collection lens + SIL periscope, consolidated into one master report with a single set of shared parameters (780nm, SiN/SiO2/PVA/crystal stack).
