assumptions
The base ring is widened to 650 micron OD with the same 503 micron ID and 25 micron depth.
The scaffold still starts from the original 583 micron OD cone footprint so height and probe placement are unchanged.
The scaffold tube diameter tapers from 50 microns at the base to 25 microns at the top.
The scaffold angle is exactly 25 degrees from normal; total height is derived from that angle.
The thick top ring is 25 microns tall, matching the v5 cap-ring convention.
The membrane is a solid 200 micron OD cylinder on top of the ring.
The 7.5 micron center cylinder sits on top of the membrane.
