Dev27 Fabry–Pérot cavities

Early nanobeam Fabry-Perot cavity layout iterations (gds-1..8, beamer exports).

No README in this project yet -- this folder is a raw GDS iteration history (gds/ through gds-8/, plus Beamer mask-writer exports in beamer*/). The geometry below is rendered directly from the latest GDS.

Results

No FDTD/simulation outputs exist in this tree -- it is a pure layout-iteration project.
