Given that the current state-of-the-art demultiplexing is $\eta=0.83$, we only need $\eta_\mathrm{tot}\approx0.54$, where $\eta_\mathrm{tot}$ is just for the single-photon generation components (no demultiplexing). Furthermore, since this technology is very scalable compared to quantum dots, and we know that multiple organic emitters have proven to create mutually indistinguishable photons, the demultiplexing efficiency might not even be relevant.
